Hotel project development

Successful hotel projects are characterized by industry-relevant expertise, knowledge of all key location indicators and the resulting necessities. The first step is to precisely determine the planned use, as this has a decisive influence on the function. This is followed by the definition of a design concept, with which we determine the initial orientation in terms of style and thus the potential clientele. In the third phase, we define the classification and quality concept together with our client and our architects. Finally, we work closely with banks and investors to create a viable financing concept that takes into account profitability and all relevant parameters such as equity and debt capital as well as relevant subsidies.

Project development of sustainable energy solutions

The advancement of e-mobility and the now promising forecasts for all-electric vehicles also offer interesting opportunities for entrepreneurs in terms of providing sustainable energy and all associated activities. The nationwide supply of charging points by the public sector is still unsufficient; in our opinion, entrepreneurial initiatives using venture capital and state subsidies are therefore necessary in order to increase the attractiveness of e-mobility in the long term.
